Physical Plant’s Project Administration Center

(PAC) was established in February 1996 in response to the needs and expectations of the UW-Madison community and the Division of State Facilities (DSF) for improved design and construction services of small remodeling and minor construction projects under $100K (higher amounts require delegation by the State Building Commission.)

PAC functions as the single point of contact for requesting small remodeling and construction projects in UW-Madison campus facilities.

Through the use of effective project management practices, PAC works as a liaison between our customers and the internal or external resources to make these projects happen.
